Billing & Plans
SyncaMap has four plans. Billing is handled through Shopify, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Manage your plan under Plans.

Annual billing is roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
Trials
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. To prevent abuse, trial eligibility is tracked per store.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Go to Plans.
- Pick monthly or annual billing with the toggle, choose a plan, and confirm. You'll be redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription charge.
- After approval, your new limits and features apply immediately.
Downgrading is the same flow in reverse. If you downgrade below your current usage (for example, more locations than the new plan allows), existing data is preserved but you won't be able to add more until you're back under the limit.
Location expiration
Auto-synced locations are hidden from your map when no matching order has arrived within the expiration window — this keeps your locator showing only active stockists. On the Free plan this is fixed at 90 days. On any paid plan you can change the window or turn expiration off entirely under Sync → Location Expiration. Manually-added locations never expire.
Usage limits
Your plan's location limit counts only published locations — the ones live on your storefront map. Locations sitting in your approval queue don't count, so a backlog can build up as upgrade incentive while you grow into a larger plan.
- At 80% of your limit, you'll see a warning.
- At 100%, your published map is full: you can't add or import locations manually until you upgrade or remove some. Auto-sync keeps working, though — a matching order is saved to your approval queue (flagged "plan location limit reached") instead of being dropped, so you never lose a location. Approve it once you've upgraded or freed up room. Existing locations stay visible.
Map loads are unmetered and provided on a fair-use basis — your storefront map keeps working regardless of visitor traffic. We only step in if we detect automated or abusive load (see the Acceptable Use section of our Terms).
Uninstalling
If you uninstall the app, your subscription is cancelled by Shopify. Your data is handled per our privacy policy.
