Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using SyncaMap through the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rare Brew Corp.

Description of Service

SyncaMap is a Shopify application that provides store locator functionality for your online store. The service includes:

• Automatic retailer location synchronization from your wholesale order data.
• An embeddable, interactive map widget for your Shopify storefront.
• Manual location management tools.
• Analytics and reporting on store locator usage.
• Configurable sync rules for matching orders to locations.

Shopify Integration

SyncaMap operates as a Shopify app and requires an active Shopify store to function. Your use of SyncaMap is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service. By installing SyncaMap, you authorize us to access your store data as necessary to provide the service, including order information, customer data, and storefront content.

Billing & Payments

SyncaMap offers multiple pricing tiers, including a free plan. All paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify’s billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your Shopify account.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the SyncaMap app or the Shopify admin.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code or content.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access in a manner that degrades service quality for other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

SyncaMap, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rare Brew Corp. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service, including your location data and store information. We claim no ownership over your content.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using SyncaMap, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rare Brew Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of SyncaMap.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SyncaMap is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

Termination

You may terminate your use of SyncaMap at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of SyncaMap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
